Department of Transport, Energy and Infrastructure (DTEI) - DTEI has the responsibility for managing the registration of various forms of transport in South Australia. Some of these vehicles may be registered online from this site. Note that registration differs from licences or certification or permits. Transport SA Driver Accreditation - Anyone intending to become a driver of a taxi, Large Passenger Vehicle or Small Passenger Vehicle must be formally accredited by the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure. China Approved Destination Status (ADS) Scheme The China Approved Destination Status (ADS) Scheme is a bilateral arrangement between Australia and China that allows Australia to receive group leisure tourists from China. The Government provided $4.1 million in the 2010/11 Budget to extend the China ADS Scheme for a further four years, to 30 June 2014.
