Qantas is recognised as one of the world's leading long distance airlines. The airline has been flying longer, continuously, than any other airline. That’s over 87 years. Qantas operates more than 4,700 flights each week to 72 destinations in Australia and around the world – and every continent but Antarctica. Qantas has been voted one of world's top ten airlines for seven consecutive years now, as judged by approximately 16 million passengers from 97 countries in the annual independent Skytrax awards.

The Department for Environment and Heritage (DEH) manages South Australia’s nature and heritage conservation. Along with our conservation programs and scientific research, we look after the state’s botanic gardens and over 300 national parks and reserves. This covers some of the state’s most significant natural and cultural sites, from the beautiful Flinders Ranges to the rugged Kangaroo Island coastline. We encourage South Australians to actively explore their state and enjoy the diverse experiences that our parks and gardens offer.

Rymill Coonawarra is a family owned winery located in the heart of South Australia’s renowned Coonawarra district. The first vineyards were planted in 1974, and now cover 160 hectares. The winery was established in 1990, with a processing capacity of 2,200 tonnes and storage of two million litres. The vineyard, winery and marketing staff now comprise approximately 20 people. The Rymill brands, recognised by two bronze stallions rampant, are available at cellar door, distributed throughout Australia, and exported to numerous key overseas markets.

Education Adelaide’s mission is to grow South Australia’s share of the national education export market to 30,000 students by 2010 and 62,000 by 2014. And thanks to booming international education, we’re already on the way. There are presently more than 29,500 international students who bring an even more multicultural, cosmopolitan community and provide vitality to our city. International students boost Adelaide Airport’s passenger numbers by nearly 56,000, generating more than 112,000 bed nights annually. They create about $800m in export income, the fourth largest export earner in SA and provide nearly 6,500 people with jobs, forging strong friendships along the way.
