SATIC's customer feedback management service streamlines the way you collect and collate your customer feedback, providing you with valuable feedback results.
The feedback you receive is a useful insight into your customers perceptions of your business. Results can be tracked on a monthly basis as can also be benchmarked against over all feedback received (available below).
As part of SATIC's feedback management service, we collect and collate your customer feedback results from both the feedback cards and the online "Dynamic Tick" and provide you with an easy to read feedback report each month. An easy to use excel workbook is also provided, which collates your results and provides percentages and graphs, which can be monitored over time.
All individual responses are completely confidential.
